Shipping & Refund Policy

At Dakamomo, each item is thoughtfully handmade, which means your order is created with care and attention to detail. Because of the time it takes to produce each piece, we do not offer refunds—only exchanges within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Shipping Processing Time: Orders are processed within 7 business days.

Shipping Options: We offer standard, expedited, and international shipping. Rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

Tracking: You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

International Orders: Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. For changes, contact us as soon as possible.

Exchange Policy (14 Days Only) If you’re not fully satisfied, you may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

How to request an exchange:

Full name
Order number
Item details
Reason for exchange

Wait for approval and an RMA number before sending anything back.

Ship the item using a trackable service. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll send a replacement (based on availability) or offer store credit.
Note: Exchanges may be declined if items are damaged or not in original condition.
