Dakamomo creates thoughtfully . Each item is crafted with care and attention to detail. Because of the time involved in creating each piece, certain policies differ from mass-market retailers.

3. Refunds & Exchanges
We do not offer refunds. Due to the handmade nature of our items, we offer exchanges only within 14 days of receiving your order.

Wait for approval and an RMA number before sending anything back.

Ship the item using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Exchanges may be denied if items are damaged or not returned in original condition.
